Practical work

We have practical work everyday, and we already have a schedule which we follow everyday. For example, every monday and wednesday we work with the Ruccola in the greenhouse (it`s a kind of green plant),and the other days we join the students in the first year and the second year.
When we work with the Ruccola,we cut them and sometimes we also pack because Gjennestad has a lot of orders almost everyday so we try to make up these orders with the employees.
During the other days,we have Agriculture,Park,GardenCenter,Mechanic or GreenHouse (but wiht the other plants). We can get a lot of experiences through these practical work, and I can say that agriculture and horticulture in Norway are very different than agricultue and horticulture in Madagascar. So,this kind of internship is very useful for us because we can bring a lot of new skills in Madagascar (especially about agriculture),and I also hope that we can participate in the development work project in our own country on using those experiences when we go back there.
